Caroline Eboumbou is the Chief Executive Officer of All On, whose mission is to increase access to commercial energy products and services for under-served and un-served off-grid energy markets in Nigeria.
A determined pan-Africanist, she is passionate about private sector and economic development, to which she has dedicated her career.
Caroline joined All On from The Rockefeller Foundation where she served as an Investment Director based in Nairobi, Kenya. In that capacity, her role focused on driving large-scale impact through the Foundation’s Power investments in Africa, as well as on mobilizing significant financing for extending electricity access globally.
She oversaw an innovative portfolio of grants and investments aimed at realizing the full potential of mini-grids, while advancing more effective integrated electrification planning and investment across key markets.
Prior to joining The Rockefeller Foundation, Caroline worked for the African Development Bank, and in private equity focusing on construction and long-term equity financing for solar photovoltaic projects in emerging markets. In these roles, she gained substantial project finance experience and worked on transformative projects to bring electricity to people across Africa.
Her project experience spans Francophone and Anglophone countries and ranges in scope from power generation to transmission projects in both private sector-led and public-private partnerships.

Prior to assuming her current role, Jordan worked for the Department of State in Washington, DC in a number of capacities and completed a brief overseas assignment in Frankfurt, Germany. Her educational background is in French and International Relations.

Dr. Orji Ogbonnaya Orji, is the Executive Secretary/CEO of Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI) and the National Coordinator of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) implementation in Nigeria.
A natural resource governance expert, political economist, development Communications specialist, Orji with over three decades of extensive diverse experience in the public service, international development sector, the EITI, the media and communications industry. He also worked at United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) as National Consultant, coordinated several donor funded projects on governance and institutional reforms in Nigeria.
Orji holds a PhD in Political Economy and International Development from the University of Abuja. He is an alumnus of the J. F Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, the International Law Institute, George Town University, Washington D.C, the World Bank Institute, the African Development Bank Institute, the GIZ Academy of International Development, Bad Honnef, Germany, Thomson Foundation Institute, Cardiff, Uk and the Lagos Business School. He sits on NEITI Board-the National Stakeholders Working Group (NSWG), a member of the Presidential Implementation Steering Committee on Petroleum Industry Act. He also sits on the National Steering Committee of Open Government Partnership.

Lande Abudu is the Component Lead for Standalone Solar Home Systems on the World Bank Nigeria Electrification Project being implemented by the Rural Electrification Agency. Her prior role was as the CEO of Renewable Energy Association of Nigeria (REAN), Africa’s foremost association of renewable energy professionals, project developers, and practitioners. Before that, she was heading market development for West Africa at a leading multinational company with a presence in twelve African countries, provider of solar home systems to off-grid communities.

Dr Abdulrazaq Garba is the Director General of the Nigerian Geological Survey Agency (NGSA). With a career spanning more than 30 years in the industry and specialization in mineral exploration, assessment and targeting, he has made contributions and efforts leading to a number of mineral discoveries. He supervised and coordinated the recently concluded National Integrated Mineral Exploration Project (NIMEP), which was an effort of the Government of Nigeria to rapidly derisk the mining space along some identified metallogenic belts.
