Adepeju Adebajo is a multi-sector expert, with over three decades of experiences across critical economics sectors including the Public Sector, Consulting and Finance, Public Affairs and Communications, Manufacturing amongst others.
She holds a Bachelor in Engineering (Chemical Engineering) from the Imperial College of Science & Technology, London; a Master of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) from the University of London; and a Master of Business Administration, Harvard University, Boston.
Adepeju who is a qualified case leader at Boston Consulting Group and a financial analyst at Citibank, both in the United Kingdom, previously headed Strategic Planning, Brand Management and Product Development at leading financial institution, United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc.
Over these decades, she served in various leadership and managerial capacities. Adepeju served as the Commissioner for Agriculture in Ogun State; Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Mouka Limited; Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, UTC Nigeria Plc; CEO-Cement for Nigeria at Lafarge; Managing Director at WAPCO Nigeria Plc; Managing Director, Project Management Office & Geocycle at Lafarge Africa Plc.
She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Lumos Nigeria, where she leads an innovation-driven team with a commitment to provide solar-powered solutions to 1 million Nigerian households and small businesses by 2025.
Adepeju is passionate about creating solutions aimed at improving standards of livings and solutions that are pivotal to enabling youths and businesses to create wealth and generate employment opportunities.
